Les Fines Lames Le Petit 紫檀木

The folding mechanism clicks shut with a satisfying snap, and the blade slices through a toro cleanly on the first try. The Kingwood handle feels warm and solid in the hand, not slippery at all during use.

The rosewood handle is even more striking in person, and the fold-out cutter snaps open with a satisfying click. I've used it on a few different ring gauges and the blade slices through cleanly every time.

I was a little nervous about how the folding mechanism would feel, but it snaps open and closed with a satisfying, solid click. The rosewood handle has a nice weight in hand that makes cutting feel precise and deliberate.
